Return & Exchange Policy
At Prakriti Maitri, we take pride in crafting eco-friendly, high-quality jute, cotton, and canvas bags. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Orders
All customized products (including bags with personalized sizes, colors, handles, zippers, printing, or logo branding) are made-to-order and non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
The product received is defective or damaged
The customization does not match the approved design/specifications
If you receive a faulty customized item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
2. Non-Custom (Standard) Products
We accept returns or exchanges for standard, non-customized items under the following conditions:
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

5. Refunds
