Shipping within India

Prakriti Maitri dispatches orders from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. This policy explains domestic delivery charges, timelines and international shipping.

Delivery is free on all orders within India. Prices shown on our website already include delivery, so you pay only the price shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines within India

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. These timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Customised and bulk orders

Products with custom printing, logos, names or embroidery are made to order. Production time depends on quantity and design and is confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation before production starts. The delivery timeline above applies after production is complete.

Urgent delivery

For urgent orders, please call or WhatsApp us before placing the order at +91 94078 84087 or +91 62639 96328. Any additional charge for express delivery will be confirmed before dispatch.

International shipping

International shipping may be arranged through courier partners including DHL and Aramex. Charges depend on destination, weight and parcel size and are confirmed before you place the order. Customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Order tracking

After dispatch, we share the courier name and tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email, as applicable.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the parcel and products. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
